The formula
Total to wager = bonus × multiplier. A €50 bonus at 40× means €2,000 of bets. If the terms say the requirement applies to deposit plus bonus, a €50 deposit and €50 bonus at 40× means €4,000.
Why the multiplier isn’t the whole story
| Term | What it does |
|---|---|
| Time limit | Shorter windows force bigger bets or longer sessions. |
| Max stake | Caps each bet (often €5) so you can’t clear it quickly with large bets. |
| Game weighting | Slots usually count 100%; table and live games often count less or not at all. |
| Cash-out cap | Limits what you can withdraw however much you win. |
Expected cost
Every bet carries a house edge. On a slot that returns 96% on average over the long run, the expected loss is 4% of what you wager — €80 on €2,000 of play. That’s an average over a very large number of spins, not a prediction for one session, but it shows why lower wagering is worth more than a bigger headline.
Our threshold for a “standard” requirement is 35×. The offer we list is 40×, and we say so on the card.
